Having spent the day removing all trace of Christmas from the Monoid house, I am now celebrating the termination of the festive seating arrangements.
And, as you would probably expect, I am choosing to do it in the style of Maureen O'Brien.
Sadly, Ms. O'Brien was ultimately disappointed that the role of Vicki, the new companion in TV's Doctor Who, did not live up to her expectations. Indeed, I suspect that she now feels that such public merriment was somewhat foolish and impetuous.
But then again, she did get to appear in "The Web Planet", so I can't understand what she was complaining about...
