Publicity Shots From Hell No.85 - Bus Stop Special v2.0

A big Space Year 2016 hello from all of us here in the Security Kitchen! (Well, that'll just be me then).

And so we continue our bus stop related postings, despite the knowledge that @claytonhickman has mined that seam to exhaustion already on yer Twitter. As an ex-editor of DWM, you would have thought that he would have spared a thought for struggling blog authors with not much to say about anything in particular. After all, in the mid to late 1990's, DWM virtually turned desperate stretching of minimal content into an editorial artform...


Of course, on Twitter you probably can't open to discussion the possibility that since Dalekmania largely predated the Race Relations Act of December 1965, this particular immigrant from Skaro would probably have had a better chance of getting a job on a bus than the chap stood at the back of the queue...

Publicity Shots from Hell No.77

Ah, the heady days of Dalekmania. A period rich in charming publicity shots from what now seems (and almost certainly was) a much less media-savvy time.


Yes, back in the days when youths wore ties, Londoners could often expect to see BBC TV's Daleks fighting over a cabbage at their local market.
 
It's obviously not a red cabbage.
 
That would just be silly.
