Publicity Shots From Hell No.81

It's a common cliché that in the 1970s, the BBC was so unionised that the slightest hint of a job demarcation dispute would cause entire departments to down tools and cause chaos as productions ground to a halt.
 
 
While the position never received an official title, the guy who carried the dinosaur's tail on the set of "Doctor Who and the Silurians" was a regular on the convention circuit for many happy years...
