Time to trawl the hard-drive again, and here's a lovely shot that deserves a posting.
And in true Professor Yaffle style, I can confidently assert that I know exactly what's going on here.
Ian, Liz and Tom are obviously in town to judge the junior section of the annual Flares & Shirt Collar competition, somewhere in the North of England, circa 1974.
I imagine it was quite a day for the young people assembled. Ed "Stewpot" Stewart having to cancel was naturally a disappointment, but the kids did alright in the end.
The following weekend would also have seen Jon Pertwee in town, liking the best of everything.
